Terms and Conditions for Life Coaching Services

1. Coaching Services 

   - The life coach provides guidance, support, and accountability to help clients achieve personal and professional goals.

   - Coaching is a collaborative process and not a substitute for professional mental health services, legal advice, or medical care.

2. Confidentiality

   - All client information is confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent, except as required by law or in cases where the client poses a danger to themselves or others.

3. Responsibilities

   - Client: Commit to the coaching process, be open to feedback, and complete agreed-upon tasks.

   - Coach: Provide dedicated support, maintain professionalism, and adhere to ethical standards.

4. Payment and Fees

   - Payment terms, including session fees, payment methods, and due dates, are specified in the coaching agreement.

   - Non-refundable fees apply unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling  

   - Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

   - Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

6. Termination of Services 

   - Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice.

   - Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

7. Liability  

   - The coach is not liable for outcomes or decisions made by the client as a result of coaching.

   - Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their actions and results.

8. Dispute Resolution  

   - Any disputes arising from the coaching relationship will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, mediation.

9. Amendments  

   - Terms and conditions may be updated, and clients will be informed of any changes.
